When it comes to yoga people tend to stay away. One reason is because it looks hard or overly demanding. In all actuality yoga can be a nice simple release of energy for you. Yoga history stems from the Indian/ Hindu Culture. It is up to you how you choose to learn but we must give respect where it is due. Yoga among many other things, increases the bodies awareness and centers the nervous system. Yoga helps connect the physical body to the soul body. The best way to begin this spiritual journey in my eyes is to incorporate some yoga in your life. Here are 10 Yoga poses you can start using today.
