Spiritual Growth Plan



During the first week of our journey, we will start with the basics. Spirituality has many layers and to get you started on the right track we will introduce you to a few key thoughts. We will plant a few seeds into your psyche that will introduce you to your inner self and show you the true power you hold over your life. Look at this week at a glance and see what is in store for you.

Day 1: What is Spirituality
-When it comes to your spiritual journey, knowing as much as possible is key. You will experience a massive re-arrangement of your mind and how you think. Today we will dive into the concept of spirituality. This is the beginning of rebuilding your foundation based on your own true beliefs, so cherish every moment.

Day 2: Consciousness and The Awakening
-Understanding consciousness and the awakening will help bring clarity. The goal is for you to awaken yourself spiritually enough to where you live in a different light. In this lesson, we will explain the why and the how.

Day 3: Food for The Mind, Meditation 101
-Just like our bodies, our minds need to be refueled on the daily. Meditation is mental food and it really helps you keep your frequency up and on the right path. We will look at a little history, science, and health surrounding meditation.

Day 4: You, Me, and Energy
-This is one of my favorite topics, Energy! We will dive into a world all of us have access to but only a few of us know how to use it. Long story short your body produces energy just like the earth. This energy can be transferred and used to your advantage.

Day 5:  Understanding Dis-ease 
-Understanding your body and how it works is a vital step in this journey. Once you understand that the mind is a powerful thing you will truly be amazed at what it can do. In this lesson, we explain what it means to be at dis-ease.

Day 6: Getting to know your chakras
-Energy, as we learned earlier this week, comes in many forms and is a part of us. Chakra energy flows up the spine and out of the body. Along that path there are "checkpoints". These "checkpoints" are called chakras. Now, these checkpoints must be clear and free of any blockage for the energy to flow naturally out the body. We will go over some basic history of the chakras and techniques that help us move to the next level.

Day 7: Religion and Spirituality
-One of the most important parts of your spiritual journey is your belief system. No matter your denomination spirituality is for you and can really help you move to the next level in your life. We will break down some history of the two and explain both sides.


Week two will combine what you learned in the first week with new teachings. You are the creator of your universe and it is time to learn how to start yourself on your path to greatness. We will talk about some interesting science behind the universe that will help introduce you to your place in this all, and how to achieve the life of true abundance.


Day 8: The World of Rituals 
-The world of rituals has been observed for centuries. You have the ability to tap into greatness and manifest great things in this reality. You can use rituals to give thanks and/or to help manifest your future.  This week we will introduce you to a few ways that all of us can benefit from them. 

Day 9: Understanding Dimension and The Universe
-Once you understand a bit about spirituality and the universe you start to look at things differently. You should first start with a little science. We will be talking about the Universe and different dimensions of reality. This will help you understand your place in all of this.

Day 10: Natural Healing
-Our bodies were made to heal themselves in certain situations. There are natural ways to heal any and all things. In this lesson, we will introduce you to the world of natural healing and give you some tips and tricks on how clear your body of its dis-ease.

Day 11: The Law of Attraction and Manifestation
-The Universe has many laws. For example, we have the Law of Gravity and The Law of Motion. There are a few that pertain to us spiritually, but today will be focusing on The Law of Attraction. Learning The Law of Attraction will teach you how to manifest your goals and dreams.

Day 12: Building New Habits 
-Building a strong foundation is key to your new-found life of abundance. You will need to build up that muscle memory to keep moving forward. One way to do that is to build good habits instead of bad ones. Allow yourself to become familiar with the you that you want to be.

Day 13: The Art of Gratitude 
-One of the most well-known ideas out there is gratitude. You should be grateful every day. By being grateful other things in your life will multiply in great abundance. If you implement gratitude in your life you will be aligning yourself with greatness.

Day 14: Your Plan
-This day is all about making the commitment to change. You will be given the tools you need to make out your growth plan. Whether you are looking for short or long-term growth, you will know how to make a plan for change at any point in your life.
