20 things you don't want to hear about your personal care products!!

There are chemicals that you should stay far away from when buying personal care products. These additives can cause health problems along the way. Here are some tips when choosing your products.

- Do your research!!

Your care products should be just that care products. It is good to know what your body needs and what you like. Those two things will help you make wise beauty product choices.

-Read the labels!!

You must check the label on these just like you would food. Make sure you know what products are in these. When we don't do this we allow them to just put anything on/in our bodies.

-Test on small patch of skin first!!

Before you buy something new or start using a new product test on small patch of skin first. You want to make sure you have no allergic reaction or anything. This also allows you to test consistencies and color at the same time.
